All purchases from Bespoken For, whether or not made through this web site, are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Customised items

All items from customised collections (that is, not from stock) are made to order to your own specification. If you have any particular requirement or constraints these must be made clear at the time of ordering.

Guarantee

All Items include a Certificate of Authentication and a full 1 year product guarantee.

If the Jewellery is faulty or unsatisfactory for its purpose it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or the cost of the item will be refunded in full.

Any repairs are themselves guaranteed for 1 year

Delivery

From Stock items are usually delivered within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order.

All other pieces are made to order; please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for delivery. If you require your jewellery by a particular date, such as a wedding, please ensure that this is specified at the time of ordering.

While every effort will be made to meet delivery requirements these can not be guaranteed unless agreed in advance. If in any doubt please Contact Me before ordering.

Ordering procedure

You can order by selecting from the catalogue of items or be specifying your own requirements. In either case the item will be made especially for you using the specification that you supply.

Returns procedure

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have ordered you may return it within 7 days for a refund. If the item was purchase through a stockist you must return it to where it was purchased and refunds will be according to their own policy.

If you have ordered an item from the catalogue you will receive a full refund.

Should the reason be due to a fault or that the piece is unsuitable for the purpose it was intended a full refund will always be given (excludes P&P).

Should the item need repair this is done free of charge with 12 months or should it be out of guarantee will be at the cost of £5 plus materials.

PLEASE NOTE BESPOKE DESIGNS AND EARRINGS ARE ONLY RETURNABLE IF FAULTY

If you have commissioned a bespoke design it was made just for you and therefore is non-returnable unless it is faulty. However I am always happy to make any alterations to it to make it right for you.

Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty

Bespoke Design Terms & Conditions.

Once the design sketch has been approved by you and you confirm you wish to proceed with the order an immediate deposit of 50% of the cost will need to be paid. The full balance must be paid once the design is ready and you have approved it.

Cancellation of Bespoke Orders – In the event of cancellation deposits are non-refundable. The confirmation of order is a legally binding contract, however we will not ask you to pay the remainder of the balance.

Suitability for children

Please note that many items of jewellery include small beads and are therefore not suitable for children under 3 years old.

Privacy

Any information that you supply via any part of this web site may be held in electronic or other form solely for the purpose of supplying the service and products that you have bought.

Information will not be shared with any other body for any purpose.

Keeping you informed

You can optionally request to receive notification of special offers and products that may be of interest to you. By doing so you agree to receive such notifications by mail or e-mail.

You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an e-mail to jenni.scott@bespokenfor.co.uk requesting that your name be removed from the contact list.

Your subscription to the contact list does not place Bespoken For under any obligation to send you any notifications or communications.

This web site uses “session cookies” to keep track of your orders. The information stored is confined solely to that which you may enter as part of the ordering procedures. These cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser window at the end of the session.
