Customised items
All items from customised collections (that is, not from stock) are made to order to your own specification. If you have any particular requirement or constraints these must be made clear at the time of ordering.
Guarantee
All Items include a Certificate of Authentication and a full 1 year product guarantee.
If the Jewellery is faulty or unsatisfactory for its purpose it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or the cost of the item will be refunded in full.
Any repairs are themselves guaranteed for 1 year
Delivery
From Stock items are usually delivered within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order.
All other pieces are made to order; please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for delivery. If you require your jewellery by a particular date, such as a wedding, please ensure that this is specified at the time of ordering.
While every effort will be made to meet delivery requirements these can not be guaranteed unless agreed in advance. If in any doubt please contact us before ordering.
Ordering procedure
You can order by selecting from the catalogue of items or be specifying your own requirements. In either case the item will be made especially for you using the specification that you supply.

Credit Card Payments
Credit or debit card payments made on this web site are handled by a third party specialist on our behalf. We do not record, store or have access to these details.
Returns procedure
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are unhappy or the goods you have received are faulty, simply return them to us within 14 days of delivery, unused in its original packaging, for a refund or exchange.
To cancel, please e-mail us or write to us (see contact us for details) within this time quoting your order number.
Goods must be returned unused and preferably in their original packaging. Reasonable care must be taken to ensure the items safe return.
Bespoke designs and personalised stationery are excluded from our refund policy as they are made just for you. If you are unhappy with these items we will do all we can to help and will make alterations and adjustments.
All deposits are non-refundable, if however we have not processed your order or bought materials we may at out discretion refund deposits.
For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 , you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. However, we will accept cancellations up to 14 days from receipt.
Items personalised or made to your specification are excluded from these regulations.
Bespoke Design
Once the design sketch has been approved by you and you confirm you wish to proceed with the order an immediate deposit of 50% of the cost will need to be paid. The full balance must be paid once the design is ready and you have approved it.
Cancellation of Bespoke Orders – In the event of cancellation deposits are non-refundable. The confirmation of order is a legally binding contract, however we will not ask you to pay the remainder of the balance.
Suitability for children
Please note that many items of jewellery include small beads and are therefore not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Privacy
Any information that you supply via any part of this web site may be held in electronic or other form solely for the purpose of supplying the service and products that you have bought.
Information will not be shared with any other body for any purpose.
We do not send random marketing e-mails to personal e-mail addresses (spam)

Keeping you informed
You can optionally request to receive notification of special offers and products that may be of interest to you. By doing so you agree to receive such notifications by mail or e-mail.
