Turnaround & Shipping
Turnaround of made to order and bespoke designs is 3-5 weeks (not including shipping time) For ready made pieces we aim to deliver within 7 working days.
Rush Orders are processed within 7 days when possible. Please call us to confirm we are able to do so. There is a non refundable fee of £20 for rush orders.
Payments
We accept payment by card or PayPal. Payments are securely processed and handled by PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account.
Packaging
Our jewellery comes wrapped in acid free tissue and presented in our bespoke gift boxes.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail to any address you wish. They should be received within 7 working days of notice of despatch. We are happy to ship world wide (delivery chargess: UK under £30 - £3.00 delivery, over £30 Free delivery, Europe £8, rest of the world £10) please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If your delivery is late please contact us and we will trace it for you.
Returns & Refunds
Our Love it guarantee means you can change your mind if it is not right. Simply return within 14 days for a refund or replacement or adjustment.
