How do I Order?

Browse the catalogue and add the items you want to order to your shopping basket. All items are customisable and you can include any changes to the standard design that you wish to make. When you have finished you can then checkout.

Can I change the colours and sizes of pieces?

When you add each piece to your shopping basket you can fully customise it by filling in the details and and variations you require.

Do you offer a bespoke service?

How long will my jewellery take to arrive?

All jewellery is made to order and will usually be sent within 3 weeks. However, please allow 4 weeks for delivery.

If for any reason your order is likely to take longer you will be notified immediately.

If you need your Jewellery more quickly I will do my best to get it to you but please contact me by e-mail to confirm I can meet your timescale prior to ordering.

For bespoke pieces a delivery date will be agreed when you order.

How much will postage and packing cost?

How is the jewellery packaged?

All items are packaged and presented beautifully boxed or in luxury velvet pouches. They will be packaged with care for postage to insure that items do not get damaged during transit.

Are all items fully guaranteed?

Yes. I am happy to replace or repair any piece, or to refund your money should you be unhappy. All items come with a full one year guarantee and repairs are free within that time.

Can I buy gift vouchers?

Yes. Gift vouchers are available in multiples of £5 and can be ordered on line. Click Here to buy your gift vouchers.

How do I pay?

For pieces ordered from my catalogue you can pay using your credit or debit card when you check out. All card payments are processed through Pay Pal for your security.
