 How long does my jewellery take to make?
At busy periods jewellery can take up to 5 weeks, how ever most often items are ready sooner. If you need it sooner you can pay for a rush order. Bespoke Jewellery design can take from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on your requirements, Once you have a design selected, then it can take up to 5 weeks to make. Your jewellery will be ready for your day.
How much does Bespoke Jewellery Cost?
This really depends on your requirements. The design fee is £30, which is deducted from the cost of the jewellery should you wish to order. As a rough guide - Necklace designs range from £55-£350, Earrings £40-£200, Bracelets £50-£300 Jewellery Sets £100- 500, Hair adornments £30-250 and Tiaras from £100-£600. If you have a top budget please let us know and we will try to ensure that all designs are kept within your means, have a look at the prices of pieces in our online shop to get an idea of what you can get for your budget.
What if I don’t like the design sketches I get?
Tell us what you like and don’t like and we will draw up some new ideas for you, until we get to “the one!”
How much is P&P?
P&P in the UK is free when you spend £50 or more and £3.50 if you don’t. European delivery is £8 and £10 everywhere else
Can I Return my items if they are not right or I change my mind?
Yes we are happy to refund, replace or adjust your jewellery if it is not right. If your item was bespoke the design fee is non refundable but we will refund the cost of the jewellery.
Can I change sizes and colours?
Yes we offer bespoke service on everything, if you need any help just contact us
I have seen a design I like can you make it for me?
We design jewellery, we don’t copy it, we are happy to be inspired by what you like and design a bespoke piece for you. If we can help you to find the original designer we will.
I have allergies to certain metals is your jewellery ok for me
We only use Sterling Silver, Fine Silver and 14ct Gold Filled, Gold or White Gold for our Jewellery. For Tiaras, Hair Accessories and shoe clips we use plated metals. All are nickel free. Most of our jewellery is suitable for those who are sensitive, however it depends on your allergy. Vintage pieces are often plated. We cannot be sure of their metal origin.
Returns
If you love it but need an adjustment for that perfect fit, your first alteration is made totally free of charge,
If you require a Repair, we will repair free of charge within 12 months of purchase, (excluding costs of materials).
If you want a Refund then return to us within 14 days unworn and preferably in original packaging.
