We will then discuss your needs with you by e-mail or phone and send you our consultation pack by e-mail which will detail what would work best and detail your needs and all about commissioning bespoke jewellery.

1. Design Sketches & Quotes

Once you know the style, shape and colours you want you can either sketch you own designs or have us draw up designs for you.

Design Your Own

If you wish to send us your own sketches, we will advise you on how it can be made and send you a quote for making your design. We can forward any beads and material samples you require.

This design must be your own, we do not copy designs.

Commission a Designer

Our professional bridal jewellery designer can draw sketches and ideas for your jewellery just for you. To commission the work there is a design fee of £20 which covers our costs, the designer will give you three sketches each piece of jewellery you require. You only pay the design fee once, regardless of how many pieces you want.

We will then put together your personal design portfolio, which will be sent to you via e-mail and post.

Your portfolio will be based details provided in your consultation with us, such as budgets, beads etc. Your pack will include sketches with prices, colour ideas, any photographs of similar designs, along with any materials and bead samples; all you need for your perfect wedding accessories.

The design remains the property of bespoken for; you cannot take it anywhere else to be made as this would breach copyright.

2. Alter, Adjust & Commission Your design

Once you have received your design pack, you can then alter and amend anything you wish. Request more information or add more ideas and sketches to your pack if you desire.

When you are happy and have chosen the design to go ahead with, you then pay the price quoted for your jewellery, so we can begin to craft your piece.

We will advise on timescales and dates for completion when you purchase your jewellery and take any measurements required to ensure we make the perfect piece.

3. Crafting your design

We will then start work on making your design. This process can take from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on the work required and material used.

If you need your pieces for any specific dates for fittings or hair trials, we will make sure that they are ready in time.

You will be sent photographs once your jewellery is completed for approval. This gives you the opportunity to make any obvious adjustments and changes before we post your jewellery to you.

4. Receiving your jewellery

Your jewellery will be wrapped in luxurious tissue paper, and packed in our exclusive bespoken for boxes. It will be posted to you via Special Delivery to ensure it arrives as soon as possible (Postage is free of charge).

Once you receive your jewellery should you need any alterations or adjustments, this is all done free of charge, simply post it back to us for fitting.

It is important to us that you love your jewellery but if you don’t, then post it back and we will refund you or you can choose a replacement if you prefer.
